The Board of Directors meets quarterly to provide oversight and guidance to the executive staff on the organization's finances, programming, strategic direction and policies.

Our Board brings together diverse expertise and perspectives, ensuring Ba Futuru maintains the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and strategic direction as it works to fulfill its mission across Timor-Leste.

Board members bring professional experience spanning development, anthropology, management, mental health, and violence prevention. Their collective knowledge of both international best practices and the Timorese context strengthens Ba Futuru's capacity to deliver impactful, culturally responsive programs across the country.
